How To Be Bully Proof

How to Be Free of Bullies

Bullying by an authority or organisation against an individual – phase 4

Therein lies our first clue: Just because someone says they are not responsible, does not mean they should not be responsible.

Go back now to any other form of bullying in this book and blog and you will see characteristics shared between the individual bully and the public organisation:

  • Cowardice and use of thugs to carry out their bullying.
  • A total lack of empathy for their victims
  • Non-existence of fairness or expected responsibilities.

The bullying carried out by a local authority is, exactly like the school or work bully or any other, 100% opportunism. Victims become so because they have reacted to the bullying behaviour. Simple as.

The good news is that, like any other bully, ignoring them or standing up to them will stop them in their tracks.

Never forget this simple rule:

Bullying is not personal. The bully is totally unaware of other people and bullying simply ceases to be enjoyable when they get hassle from their targets. They move on to the next potential victim.

The article was open, honest and transparent and shared links to NIAID, WHO, CDC and MMWR, which openly reported virus outbreaks, other events and biosafety events. In 2020, when I first found […]

Why Divide and Conquer is All About Politics

I keep writing boring poems about politics. I am processing, trying to get my head around a beast of an idea. I remember being at sixth form college in 1987 and there was a debating society, which tackled the thorny issue of fox hunting, a popular activity in Surrey at that time. Today, it would […]

How and why clear inclusive communication is possible and easy to do

The following story illustrates how a visual or creative person might understand a new rule compared to someone who has adapted to learn by rote. Today we are told what to do, but we are not told why. Reasoning has now gone and if you do it you will not be catered for. On any […]

Government Overreach taking us back to medieval times

Could you help advise me about the new waste collections? I am a visual thinker and learn and have already had to change the routine I’ve had for 11 years. I bought a private wheelie bin from Penryn Plastics, which my neighbours have shared as I fill about one 50L bag a week and everything […]
